Valve, Repair and Certification

1. Valve Repair, Test and Certification is done in accordance with company’s Work Instructions written based on International, European Standards as well as personal experience of employees.

2. All these activities are controlled and conducted by experienced personnel, ex‐ BP,Score, Bakond TTM employees, the majority of personnel have worked in Oil and Gas industry more then 9 years, particularly in Valve and Piping Industry.

3. These activities are done in the company’s workshop, located on 13km, Salyan Highway.

4. We use certified test equipment made by well known manufacturers in Oil and Gas Industry.

5. Whole personnel trained abroad and locally and possess many of certificates allowing working in different spheres of Oil and Gas industry.

Refurbishment and Modification of existing components and spare parts

1. Our technical personnel has passed through various trainings on mechanical assembly, disassembly and testing activities and experienced in providing solutions/recommendations on valve’s components, as well as trained to support customer’s offshore and onshore assets providing immediate service at customer’s sites.

2. All major machining, internal coating, overlays if required will be subcontracted to our nominated sub contractor in Baku and any specialist refurbishment which cannot be performed “in country” will be handled by our “out of country” sub contractor and will fall under their approved vendor system.

Manufacturing of new components and spare parts

1. In case of emergency where lead time for spare parts can become critical we use BP’s approved vendors to manufacturer components and advise engineering solutions as well as OEM drawings for certain parts to be made.

2. Many times under supervision of our engineers such tasks have been successfully done in the past for our major contractor BP.
